- You may use this product in part or in whole in layouts that will be submitted to scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Ziggle Designs & Kami Leonard, including any graphic you have altered in any way.
- You may use this product for a S4H (Scrap For Hire) business. The end product must be custom made and delieverd as a finished, flattened, printable .jpg file. You may not sell “quick pages” made from my products or pre-created designs. You may not redistribute this product in layered or individual files.
- You may use this product to make personal blinkies, banners, & signature tags.
- You may use this product to create blog wear for your personal blog.
- You may not share with, resell to, or redistribute this product to anyone else.
- You may not use this product to create blog wear for re-sale.
- You may not use this product to create commercial blogwear (on a site that is advertising or selling any kind of product), logos, packaging, blinkies or banners, any merchandise of any kind, etc.
- You may not to use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.
PHOTOGRAPHER COMMERCIAL USE (TEMPLATES):
This TOU applies to applies only to products clearly labeled as “Photographer Commercial Use” (either for sale, retired, or given away by me as a freebie). The terms of this TOU may change at any time. Credit is not required, but is appreciated.
- You may alter any graphics for personal use with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them.
- You may use this product in part or in whole in layouts that will be submitted to scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Ziggle Designs & Kami Leonard, including any graphic you have altered in any way.
- You may use this product in your photography business as a tool for selling photographs that you have taken for your clients. You must own the copyright to the photographs you use. The product must be delivered in a printed format (can not be delivered electronically or digitally).
- You may not resell this product as it is.
- You may not resell this product as a “quick page” or as a product that your customer will customize themselves.
- You may not resell or redistribute this product in a layered format.
- You may not resell this product for commercial use (even if it is altered).
- You may not use this product to create blog wear.
- You may not use this product to create commercial blogwear (on a site that is advertising or selling any kind of product), logos, packaging, blinkies or banners for professional use, any merchandise of any kind, or in any etc.

COMMERCIAL USE:
This TOU applies to applies only to products clearly labeled as “Commercial Use” (either for sale, retired, or given away by me as a freebie). The terms of this TOU may change at any time. . Credit is not required, but is appreciated.

- You may include this product in another digital scrapbooking product providing the product is altered in some way before resale.
- You may use this product for a S4H (Scrap For Hire) business.
- You may use this product in part or in whole in layouts that will be submitted to scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Ziggle Designs & Kami Leonard, including any graphic you have altered in any way.
- You may use this product to make personal blinkies, banners, & signature tags.
