• You may use this product to create blog wear for your personal blog.

• You may not share with, resell to, or redistribute this product to anyone else.
• You may not use this product to create blog wear for re-sale without prior written permission.
• You may not use this product to create commercial blogwear (on a site that is advertising or selling any kind of product), logos, packaging, blinkies or banners, any merchandise of any kind, etc.
• You may not to use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.

COMMERCIAL USE:

This TOU applies to applies only to products clearly labeled as “Commercial Use” (either for sale, retired, or given away by me as a freebie).  The terms of this TOU may change at any time. .  Credit is not required, but is appreciated.
