So far I’ve only gotten 3 puzzle pieces done! LOL  Right after I started the project, my sister came to visit for the weekend and I got distracted- which is a good thing!  So I wasn’t able to get back to the pieces until a couple days ago.  Yesterday I made this puzzle piece.  It occurred to me after I pulled the puzzle piece out and was trying to figure out what I wanted to do that I really don’t know the orientation of any of the puzzle pieces!  I think it will be fun to put the puzzle together and see which direction all these pieces end up!

I will  include my supply list for anyone interested.

Supplies:

Golden Fluid Acrylic Paint 1 Ounce-Green Gold

Golden Fluid Acrylics – Cobalt Turquois – 1 oz Bottle

Liquitex Professional Clear Gesso Surface Prep Medium, 32-oz

Sharpie Extra Fine Point Poster Paint Marker-White , Set of 12
This says it’s a set of 12 for $5 with free shipping… if that’s right- I would jump on that!

Dr. Martins Bombay India Ink – Set of 7

Scarlet Lime Permaball Pilot Pen: Black

A cheap paint brush from the home improvement store

The other day I posted my piece that was inspired by a couple videos I watched. You can see the puzzle piece and inspriation here.

piece2 Supplies from the other day:

Golden Fluid Acrylics 8-Color Set of .5oz Bottles

Golden Fluid Acrylic Paint 1 Ounce-Vat Orange

Golden Fluid Acrylics – Turquois (Phthalo) – 1 oz Bottle

a fine paint brush

I also have the original puzzle piece I made. That one will take me a little longer to dig up the supplies. I know I used Liquitex Texture Gels – Glass Beads, 8 oz and a die cut from Amy Tangerine but the pack is older and I’m not sure it’s available anymore. I also used the white ink from this Liquitex Professional Acrylic INK! Essential 6-Piece Set.

Whew!  OK! I  know that’s a lot of supplies but these are my favorites so I will probably keep using them over and over again.  I seriously love the India Inks.

I will keep a better list of the supplies I use!  If you guys are doing this project too, I would love to see your puzzle pieces!!
